Communal secretariat responsibilities:
- drafting of the proceedings of the municipal council and the board of aldermen
- maintenance of related records
- drafting, in general, of the correspondence and the writings of the commune
- preparation of the budgets and accounts of the commune, leases, contracts and acts
- provide assistance to the municipal council, the Board of Mayor and Aldermen
- countersigning of extracts of the proceedings of the municipal council and the board of aldermen, municipal correspondence, payment orders and invoices
- management of relationships with Inter-communal associations.
- management of legal and advisory committees
