Communal secretariat responsibilities:

  • drafting of the proceedings of the municipal council and the board of aldermen
  • maintenance of related records
  • drafting, in general, of the correspondence and the writings of the commune
  • preparation of the budgets and accounts of the commune, leases, contracts and acts
  • provide assistance to the municipal council, the Board of Mayor and Aldermen
  • countersigning of extracts of the proceedings of the municipal council and the board of aldermen, municipal correspondence, payment orders and invoices
  • management of relationships with Inter-communal associations.
  • management of legal and advisory committees
