LET’S SHAPE THE FUTURE OF OUR COMMUNITY TOGETHER!
Our community is constantly evolving – and we want to shape the future together with you. In order to plan two important locations in the districts of Elvange and Wellenstein in a modern and sustainable way, we are launching a comprehensive participation process this year. Each and every one of you can make a valuable contribution with your local knowledge, ideas, and experience. Whether you have lived here for a long time or have just moved here, go to school, or are involved in a club—your opinion counts!

June 19, 2025 – Information evening on citizen participation
Thursday, June 19, 2025, marked the start of our participation process. The citizens of the municipality were informed about the various forms of participation available and how they can get involved in the project.

02.07.25, 18h30 – CITIZEN WORKSHOP – FUTURE SCHOOL CAMPUS ELVANGE – BUVETTE ELVINGEN (Place de la Résistance, 5692 Elvange)
The Elvange school campus is soon to be redesigned, and we would like to transform it into a lively place for community life and sports. In the citizens’ workshop, you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and wishes for the future campus in small working groups led by a moderator.

03.07.25, 18h30 – CITIZEN WORKSHOP – CENTER OF WELLENSTEIN – LEEËNSAAL (Rue de la Source, 5470 Wellenstein)
The center of Wellenstein is currently dominated by parked cars, but it has great potential. In the citizens’ workshop, you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and wishes for the further development of the center in small working groups led by a moderator.
